You’ve probably read today’s NYT Dining section story on cooking with silicone so I won’t dwell on the various pros and cons detailed in the article.
What did catch my eye was the silicone egg poaching pods, by Lamson & Goodnow.
The raw egg sits in the pod which floats like a lily in the water….and you watch it poach. I love it.
