An entire restaurant devoted to Mac and Cheese?
Sounds like heaven to us and if you agree you’ll want to check out Supermac – the "creative mac and cheese" joint at the top of Chelsea, Manhattan that is admiringly profiled on UrbanBabyNYC.
There’s 11 varieties of this important staple including Quattro Formaggio, B & G (that’s Bacon and Gorgonzola…..Holy Cholesterol!) and even Chipotle Shrimp.
Supermac even delivers but not as far as I need it to.
