Beet This

Img_7276I remember loving radishes as a kid: the pepperyness offset by that almost thirst quenching crunchy juiciness. We’ve had great success pairing them with thinly sliced red beets. You’ve gotta admit they look really cool together. Make a salad of these with some baby arugula and feta and dress it well with lemon juice and olive oil and you’ve got something gorgeous to go with any number of grilled meats (fish, chicken, pork and the like).
