The Observer Food Monthly serves up a few offerings from a great new book (okay new in the English language at least): namely 1080 recipes – the bible of Spanish cooking.
Penned by the mother/daughter team of Simone and Ines Ortega, 1080 has sold more than a million copies in Spain over the last 30 years. Now it’s available to us and we Gastrodads can’t wait to get our hands on it.
